Barton Farm Primary School

A new build community primary school with walls and roof clad in the Prefa Prefalz aluminium. Roof areas were installed back to a Kingspan Quadcore insulated composite deck and walls back to an Nvelope NV1 aluminium rail system. Both fully built-up systems were installed by Roles Broderick including the Kingspan Kooltherm rigid insulation. Prefa Prefalz was chosen by the client due to the flatness of the surface finish, light weight, and cost effectiveness. In addition, the Prefa P10 surface paint finish gave the client the peace of mind of a 40 year warranty on both the base aluminium and the paint coating.
